Concord Church Road (aka Kinnard Creek Trail)
Directions, Hwy 16 East past the town of Jackson, when you cross the Ocmulgee River (Sack 'O Suds on right) go 1.8 miles. you will see cut over land on left, this lets you know to be ready to turn to the right on Concord Church Road (Concord Church on Corner). Drive approx 1.6 miles to parking at corner on right. 

1099
18 through Barnesville. Take a left on Georgia Hwy 83 in Forsyth. From the 4 way stop sign go 2 miles, you will see a blue "call 911" sign, then a "mile marker 1" sign, by now you better be ready to turn. immediately look for the 1099 Forest Road on the left (it is located in a curve) Go till you see the camp area to park. Ride out to the right for the longer trails. 6/2010 numerous sitings of feral hogs, please read this and be on the lookout. PDF about Hogs **Please note 5/2011 ther is a sign up that states the trails are closed due to storm damage. Cindy has not seen any actual damage. If any one ride there please report so we can update the information

Smith Mill Bridge
18 through Barnesville. Take a left on Georgia Hwy 83 in Forsyth. Cross the river, go past the 1099 Forest Road on the left (it is located in a curve). Look for Smith Mill Road on the left. Go till you see the camp area to park (long narrow road). Bathrooms available. Ride to right to go to 1099, left to go to the bluffs & the swimming hole

Whistle Stop Ride
Follow the directions to 1099, between 1099 & Smith Mill there is a dirt road to the right "Juliette Road" (no street sign) go right on this road approx 1/4 mile on the right is the parking area. The ride to Juliette & the Whistle Stop Cafe is all dirt roads

Dausett Trail
16 East to Jackson turn right on South Mulberry Road, take the left fork onto Brownlee Road. Go left on Lake Clark Road 1 mile. Parking area is on the left. No riding during gun hunting season, call after rain to confirm trails are open. 770-775-6798 Closed Oct 18 to Jan 1 for Gun Season. 7/20/2009 The water crossing has been graded to make a safe crossing. The trails are in great shape 5/2011

Mack Salters, Upson County 1100 Old Alabama Road Thomaston GA $5 per horse, 706-648-3981. Please note Mack is locking the gate due to people not paying to ride. Please call the number on the sign to be allowed in. It may be a good idea to give advance notice of planned rides.

Boundary Waters Park. Has miles of multi use trails for horses & hikers 5000 Hwy 92/166 Douglasville GA 30315 (1 mile from were Hwy 92 meets Hwy 166) 770-489-2175 ext 5059 Links to trail maps; The red trails are fine, and the Hwy 166 bridge was repaired. We can ride there anytime.

Directions are 16 towards Eatonton, go left on GA Hwy 441, at the second flashing light go left CR 213/Godfrey Road. Pass a large ranger station, park near the small ranger station. 11,000+ acres, logging trails good for driving. 

Kennesaw National Battlefield 8am to 5:30pm
Parking is off Cheattham Hill Road From I-75 South
To exit 269 (Barrett Parkway). At the stoplight turn right onto Barrett Parkway. Follow Barrett Parkway for approximately 3 miles, turn left at the light, onto Old Hwy 41. Turn right at your next light, Stilesboro Rd. The visitor center will be immediately on your left. Brown and white signs located along the roads will guide you as well. Directions from the visitor center to Cheatham Hill are provided in the visitor center at the information desk.

Pyne Road Park LaGrange Georgia Hwy 109 east through LaGrange, 109 will turn right go across bridge, look for entrance (1st paved drive) on right. Deep sand arena and shady trail along West Point Lake

Directions to Thursday"s camp will be  :  Go 19 south Thru Thomaston and stay on until you get to  Wesley Church Rd will be on your right Turn right on Wesley Church Rd and go to Mail box 150 on your right, you should see a big roping arena turn in and we will be parked there.  We will leave out Friday morning at about 8:00am to go to Steve's Mule Day.  

Directions to Steve's Farm:  Go 19 South to mile marker 23 in Taylor County and you should see Montfort Rd on Left. Turn left on Montfort Rd and stay on until it dead ends into Hwy 137 turn left and then stay on until you get to Milton Lowe Rd on your Right, turn right and Steve'e farm will be down on left on Milton Lowe Rd
